About

Olea Wines,  rooted in the Latin word for Olive tree, is a symbol of nature and timeless flavour. Olea Wines represents the expression of the land and embodies the connection between nature, heritage, and flavour. Just as the Olive tree has stood the test of time, our wines reflect the continuing beauty of the land: expressive, balanced, and deeply rooted in place.

Wines from Padthaway are known for their purity, vibrancy, and regional character, shaped by the region’s cool climate, rich limestone soils, and long growing season. The area produces a diverse range of styles, from bold, expressive reds like Shiraz, Nero d’Avola, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, and Pinot Noir, to crisp, aromatic whites such as Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio, as well as refreshing Rosé. Each variety thrives in Padthaway’s unique conditions, resulting in wines with bright fruit, balanced structure, and a strong sense of place..
